1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is packed or shipped.

Please share your order number while requesting cancellation.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 1–2 working days.

Cancellation requests sent on Instagram, Facebook, or any non-official platform will not be treated as valid.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, accept the delivery and then request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

COD orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.

We may cancel an order under the following conditions:

• The item is out of stock
• The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
• The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk

If your order is cancelled from our side, you will be informed, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
