1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. If COD is not available in your area, you’ll see the option disabled at checkout.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. You can check the live status anytime.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video. Our team will help with a replacement or return based on the issue.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items. A clear unboxing video is required, and the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

6. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 8–15 working days after the returned product passes inspection. For COD orders, refunds are sent via UPI or bank transfer.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery.

8. Are your products genuine and tested?

Yes, all items are quality-checked before dispatch. We pick products that are useful, practical, and suitable for daily use.

9. Do you charge any shipping fees?

No. We offer free shipping across India.
